Terms & Conditions
Please review these rules before registering or placing a bid.
Summary: Bids are binding, vehicles are sold as-is, payment is generally due within 3 business days, a 5% buyer's premium applies with a $200 minimum, and public auctions are scheduled for Fridays at 9:00 AM Eastern.
1. Acceptance
By using the Flash Auto Sales website or bidding platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not register or bid.
2. Eligibility & Registration
Bidders must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials, and present valid identification when required. No dealer license is required for public bidding.
3. Bidding Rules
A submitted bid is an offer to buy. Bids must satisfy the displayed minimum increment. A reserve may apply. Improper, mistaken, fraudulent, or prohibited bids may be rejected or cancelled.
4. Auction Schedule
Regular public auctions are scheduled every Friday at 9:00 AM Eastern. Individual listings show start and end times. Auction timing may change for holidays, system issues, or special events.
5. Winning Bid & Payment
The highest eligible bid that meets any reserve wins. Payment is due within 3 business days unless the invoice states otherwise. A 5% buyer's premium, with a $200 minimum, plus applicable taxes and title/registration fees may be added.
6. Vehicle Condition
Vehicles are sold as-is, where-is, without warranties except where law requires otherwise. Buyers should inspect vehicles and independently verify condition, history, mileage, and suitability before bidding.
7. Title & Documentation
Listings disclose title status when known. Title processing is targeted within 14 days after full payment and receipt of required documents. Out-of-state buyers remain responsible for their own registration and tax obligations.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Sales are final once completed. Bids generally cannot be retracted. Deposits may be non-refundable except where required by law or where Flash Auto Sales cancels a transaction.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Shill bidding, collusion, unauthorized automated bidding, fraud, scraping that disrupts the service, and attempts to bypass security are prohibited.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Flash Auto Sales limits liability for indirect or consequential losses related to use of the auction platform.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
